A New York City native who now resides in Philadelphia PA; Kevin was first introduced to film through his uncle who was a popular videographer in NYC and mentored Kevin, often allowing him to edit and help direct some of the music videos.
Kevin then got more hands on with the camera when part of a summer internship where he was introduced to film photography. In that summer, he learned a lot about exposure and lighting after having to develop his own negatives and learning to keep that in mind when taking a picture.
Initially attending a high school of arts as an instrumentalist, Kevin pursued changing his major to film in his senior year. This final year cemented his desire to continue learning to which he later graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts under the Film and Media Arts Program with a focus on Cinematography.
Kevin still resides in Philadelphia where he moonlights as a Cinematographer/Director of music videos of local artists, commercial work, live events and personal creative projects.
